Payments on www.calcuttamusic.in are securely processed through Razorpay.

Customers may choose from the following payment methods, subject to availability:

Please Note:

• Available payment methods may change from time to time based on Razorpay’s services and participating financial institutions.

2. Secure Payments

Calcutta Music House does not collect, store, or have access to:

• Complete card details
• CVV numbers
• Banking passwords
• UPI PINs
• Any other confidential payment credentials

All payment information is processed securely through Razorpay in accordance with applicable security standards.

3. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after all of the following conditions are met:

• Successful payment authorization.
• Receipt of payment confirmation from Razorpay.
• Acceptance of the order by Calcutta Music House.

Important:

Receiving an order acknowledgement or confirmation email does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of your order.

Calcutta Music House reserves the right to verify, accept, or decline any order in accordance with its Terms & Conditions.

4. Payment Failure

If a payment fails:

• The order will not be processed until successful payment is received.
• If your bank account has been debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is generally reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider.

If the amount is not reversed

If the payment is not reversed within 5–7 business days:

1. Contact your bank or payment provider first.
2. If further assistance is required, contact support@calcuttamusic.in with your transaction details.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Unless otherwise stated:

• Prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed separately during checkout.

6. GST Invoices

Customers wishing to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) may provide their valid GST Number during checkout.

Please Note:

• GST details submitted after an invoice has been generated may not be incorporated into the invoice.
• GST invoices are generated through our accounting software in accordance with applicable GST regulations.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available on our website.

Calcutta Music House reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue COD services in the future based on operational feasibility and internal policies.

8. EMI Payments

Eligible customers may choose EMI payment options offered through Razorpay and participating financial institutions.

Approval of EMI applications, including:

• Eligibility
• Interest Rates
• Processing Fees
• Repayment Schedules
• Other applicable terms

is determined solely by the respective bank or financial institution.

Calcutta Music House shall not be responsible for decisions made by financial institutions regarding EMI eligibility.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order.

Refund timelines are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

10. Payment Gateway Charges

If an order is cancelled at the customer’s request, any applicable:

• Payment Gateway Charges
• Transaction Processing Fees
• Other Non-Refundable Charges

may be deducted from the refund amount, wherever applicable.

11. High-Value Order Verification

To ensure payment security and prevent fraud, Calcutta Music House reserves the right to verify high-value or unusual transactions before processing.

Verification may include:

• Contacting the customer
• Confirming payment details
• Verifying delivery information
• Requesting additional supporting information where necessary

12. Promotional Pricing

Promotional pricing, discounts, and special offers:

• Are valid only for the specified promotional period.
• Cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
